・Complaints will be dealt with promptly and appropriately in cooperation with Employment Security Agencies and other employment placement agencies.
Handling of Employer Information and Personal Information
・The person who handles personal information is the person in charge of job placement

・If a request for disclosure of personal information is received from the person in question, the handler shall disclose information based on objective facts such as the person’s qualifications and work experience without delay. Also, if a request for correction is made based on this, if the request matches the objective facts, the information will be corrected without delay.

Details of the refund system
・In case of temporary employment
The fee-based employment agency shall return 90% of the referral fee (contingency fee) to the employing establishment if the job seeker leaves within two weeks of employment, and 50% of the fee if the job seeker leaves between two weeks and one month.
・In the case of permanent employment
The fee-based employment agency shall return 80% of the referral fee (contingency fee) to the job-seeking establishment if the job-seeker leaves within one month of employment, 50% if the job-seeker leaves between one and two months, and 20% if the job-seeker leaves after two or more months but less than three months.
