Job Description

  • You can hone your skills as a data analyst at our company, which has both the security of the SoftBank Group and the openness of a venture company.
  • Due to the nature of store visit measurement, we need a digital marketing consultant who understands the customer’s marketing goal / KPI and solves the customer’s problem after understanding the needs
  • You will be mainly in charge of existing major advertisers and will be responsible for generating sales through cross-selling and up-selling. From identifying potential customer issues to creating KPIs
  • We provide a series of consulting services, from analysis and suggestions to improve proposals. Depending on your motivation, a wide range of product planning starting from sales

Responsibilities

  • Understand complex business requirements and solve problems using Cinarra solutions
  • Proposal of new marketing measures utilizing big data of Z holdings (Yahoo! JAPAN, LINE)
  • Aggregate data extracted by SQL using Excel and BI tools and document it
  • Suggestions for not only data extraction but also interpretation and measures

Requirements

  1. Currently residing in Japan
  2. Business level Japanese
  3. 2 years or more experience in digital marketing
  4. 2 years or more customer service experience in B2B business

Optional:

  1. Consulting experience in the digital domain of advertising agencies
  2. Analysis experience using various BI tools
  3. Practical experience with SQL
  4. Practical experience at a consulting firm
  5. Ability to communicate in English
  6. Consulting experience in the digital marketing field

Annual Salary

5 million to 9 million yen

Monthly Salary

250,000 yen to 450,000 yen

Salary Details

  • Estimated annual income: 5 million yen to 9 million yen (including bonuses and 45 hours of deemed overtime)
  • Salary example: 6 million yen (Breakdown: 300,000 yen per month, 3.6 million yen per year + 2.4 million yen bonus)
  • Including overtime allowance equivalent to 45 hours / 78,035 yen, and extra payment for deemed overtime.
    (Assumed overtime hours: 20 to 30 hours per month)

Bonus

  • Bonus: Paid according to target achievement rate (4 times a year)

Work Location

The default working location is Remote, in the case of going to the office the location will be our Tokyo office at Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Office Tower 11F.

Working Hours

  • Weekdays 9:00-18:00 (flexible system available)
  • *Flextime system standard working hours 18 hours (core time 11:00-15:00)
