Job Description

• You can hone your skills as a data analyst at our company, which has both the security of the SoftBank Group and the openness of a venture company.
• You will propose the latest marketing solutions using location information to advertisers and advertising agencies.
• Understanding customer needs
• It is a creative consulting work that proposes appropriate solutions for digital marketing activities

Responsibilities

• Understand complex business requirements and solve problems using Cinarra solutions
• Project management that identifies potential customer needs and leads to the introduction of solutions
• Provision of marketing reports including analysis and suggestions based on data
• Proposal of new marketing measures utilizing big data of Z holdings (Yahoo! JAPAN, LINE) of SB Group
• Improvement based on a quantitative understanding of the status of daily sales activities using SalesForce (CRM tool), etc.
• Proactively exchange information with other teams within the company and implement best practices
• Responsible for advertising agencies and advertisers, engaged in sales expansion, project discovery, planning, closing, and repeating project.

Requirements

1. Currently residing in Japan
2. Business level Japanese
3. 3 years or more experience in digital marketing
4. 3 years or more experience in a customer-facing position targeting BtoB companies
5. Experience working on projects in a team
6. Solution sales experience based on solution sales, project management, strategic thinking, data and technology

Optional:

1. 3 years or more of project management experience
2. 3 years of more experience in the general advertising agency
3. Practical experience at a consulting firm
4. Ability to communicate in English

Annual Salary

10 million yen to 15 million yen

Salary Details

• Estimated annual income: 10 million yen to 15 million yen (including bonuses)
• Salary example: 12 million yen (Breakdown: 600,000 yen per month, 7.2 million yen per year + 4.8 million yen bonus)

Bonus

• Bonus: Paid according to target achievement rate (4 times a year)

Work Location

The default working location is Remote, in the case of going to the office the location will be our Tokyo office at Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Office Tower 11F.

Working Hours

• Weekdays 9:00-18:00 (flexible system available)
• *Flextime system standard working hours 18 hours (core time 11:00-15:00)
