Job Description

  • Sales operations for domestic and overseas OEMs: creating quotations, arranging prototypes, creating sales plans, and marketing
  • Coordination with overseas subsidiaries/offices: Organization of overseas OEM needs (quotation requests, confirmation of contracts, etc.), internal and external coordination
  • Sales activities to overseas OEMs in the future
  • Creating reports and other documents in Japanese.


  1. English: Business level (TOEIC 750 or higher, or TOEFL/IBT 60 or higher, or IELTS 6.0)
  2. Japanese level: N1 or equivalent
  3. Currently residing in Japan


  1. Practical experience in domestic and overseas sales at a manufacturer (3 to 5 years or more)
  2. Familiar with the automotive parts industry
  3. Have overseas sales experience
  4. Those who can work overseas

Annual Salary

4 million to 7 million yen

Monthly Salary

250,000 yen to 380,000 yen

Salary Details

  • Determined according to company regulations, taking into account experience and ability
  • Pay raise: Once a year (April)
  • Separate payment for overtime

Trial Period

  • 3 months
  • During the trial period, flextime, reduced working hours, etc. cannot be used.

Selection Flow

Document screening → SPI (aptitude test) examination → 1st screening → 2nd screening → Unofficial offer → Joining the company
